Return & Refund Policy
Because our food is prepared fresh and made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or picked up.
If there is an issue with your order (missing item or incorrect item), please notify us at pickup so we can correct it immediately when possible.
Orders not picked up during the selected pickup window are considered completed and are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are only issued if:
- We are unable to fulfill your order, or
- A confirmed payment was charged in error
We are not responsible for quality changes after the order leaves the pickup location.
